Dear colleagues,

We invite researchers, undergraduates, postgraduates, and experts from academia and industry to present their work on key areas of AI at the AI-ZAMAN interdisciplinary conference on artificial intelligence.
AI-ZAMAN — "AI for a New Era" is a scientific conference combining fundamental and applied research in the field of artificial intelligence. The conference will be held as a separate scientific track at the Kazan Digital Week 2025 international forum. The purpose of the event is to encourage scientists and industry representatives to share knowledge and look for opportunities for further cooperation. The conference is aimed at researchers, practitioners and specialists whose scientific and professional interests are related to the development and application of artificial intelligence technologies.

The authors of the selected papers will be invited to participate in poster presentations at the conference, which will provide an excellent opportunity to present research results and share experiences with colleagues. The poster report is made in the form of a presentation or poster (instructions for preparing the poster report will be provided later).
The conference materials will be published in the electronic scientific journal "Electronic Libraries", and also recommended for publication in the Springer's Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) series.
Financial support (covering travel costs) is provided for students and postgraduates whose articles will be selected. The application is submitted together with the article.

Requirements for the submissions design

Articles in the following categories are welcome:

• Short articles of 6 pages
• Articles with a full description of completed studies of 8-12 pages

Submissions should be sent through the conference managment system (click on the button below).

The presented submissions can be written in Russian or English and should contain enough detailed information so that the Program Committee can evaluate the merits of the report based on technical quality, relevance to the conference topic, originality, significance and clarity of presentation.

The Program Committee expects the authors to be willing to provide high-quality research papers. We also require that at least one of the authors attend the conference and present their research in a poster presentation format. The poster report is made in the form of a presentation or poster (instructions for preparing the poster report will be provided later).

Submissions should be original work that has not previously been published at another conference or in another journal.
To ensure an objective assessment of the submitted materials, the review will be Double-blind, so you need to make your article anonymous (remove links to your personal pages, etc.). Your work will be rejected if you do not depersonalize it properly.
